Return & Refund Policy

The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Surf Gadget will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Please return to us within 7 days from the date of received. We will check and replace/refund within 7 days after the confirmation.

Return Policy
1) Goods sold are not returnable / refundable, but is allow to exchange if the goods is not suitable. 10% re-stocking fee applied for exchange to other model. Items have to be return within 7 days upon received and it must be in original condition.

2) Not refundable for shipping cost and handling fee for goods sent out and return (return for exchange).

3) Goods will be shipped out once payment has been cleared.
The lead time for local delivery will be 2 – 3 working days.
The lead time for international delivery is depending on the country and shipping mode.

4) Stock availability
Customer will be informed via email, if the payment has been made and the goods is out of stock. Customers may either request for below actions within 2 days
- Full refund via bank transfer
Or
- Selection of another item(s). The difference in price shall either be topped-up by or refunded to customer.

5) Promotion programs might be ended any time without prior notifications.
